DoBeDo Represents is looking for freelance print and motion producers, with experience in fashion production, to work alongside our full time team of producers and agents.
We are seeking support in London and New York primarily.
Candidate should be meticulously detail orientated, collaborative, calm under pressure, and possess an understanding of wider production contexts. Candidate should have exceptional written and spoken communication skills and be solution-seeking.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support DBDR agents and production team on photoshoot coordination and management, vendor and team communications, crew options, management of shoot budgeting, job reconciliation, billing/wrapping
- Depending on the project, producer may be responsible for managing post-production by coordinating briefs, treatments, timelines and deliverables requiring fast paced communication. This is not required.
- Candidate may be asked to render call sheets and to engage in on-set production as needed
- Candidate should maintain solid working knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Minimum 3+ years production experience, ideally at a fashion photography agency, though not required.
- Candidate should possess knowledge of stills and motion crew and equipment terminology
- Candidate should possess strong time management and organisational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, and a grasp of expense management software
- Comfortable working independently as well as adapting to new systems and team dynamics
- Additional foreign language skills a plus
